I'm Sienna, a Montreal-raised artist now based in Paris, where I'm pursuing a Master’s in Drawing. Without any formal artistic training prior to this, I’ve often been identified as an “outsider artist”—a label that has shaped my creative identity as much as my work itself.

My practice is rooted in surrealism, driven by instinct, emotion, and experimentation. I use techniques like automatic drawing, collage, and dream transcription, often drawing directly from my ongoing dream journal. The result is an eclectic and intuitive body of work that blurs the line between inner vision and outer expression.

Mediums shift, styles evolve, but the undercurrent remains the same: a search for meaning through the unconscious. My current thesis research focuses on surrealist techniques with roots in occult practices—methods historically used to access altered states and create from spiritual experience.
